What’s free, and what’s paid?+
Everything that makes it a shared home is free forever — your house, live presence, chat, sticky notes, the daily question, your pet, and music together. The one paid upgrade is Live Together: voice & video in your world, $12/month or $96/year per couple.
Does my partner have to pay too?+
No. The home is free for both of you. If you add Live Together, one subscription covers your whole house — your partner never pays separately.
What do we need to use it?+
Any modern browser on a laptop, phone, or tablet. There’s nothing to install and no app store to visit.
Is it really private?+
Yes. Two spots per house and no way for anyone else to join, video and voice are never recorded, and you can delete everything whenever you want.
Can we leave it on overnight?+
That’s kind of the whole point. Fall asleep in the same room from two different time zones.
What happens if we break up?+
Either of you can unpair instantly, and deleting your account wipes your data for good. We hope you never need this one.
